Looks like a pretty neat conversion; hope it wasnt original matching numbers etc to start with!

I think I saw this car on 1200.com, many years ago while it was still part way through the build.
 
My memory of it was that he chose the G13B because of its light weight and available potential HP.
But was a long time ago, so hopefully my memory is ok on this. 
 
Good to see it as a complete car now.

You are both on the money. It's my car and my thread from datsun1200.com back in the day. I think I may have put a link up to 1200.com when this site first started. 
 
Circumstances say it has to go which is a shame.
