I have only seen two pads for sale within Australia over the last 18-24 months,
If you have no luck finding one and were wanting one soonish I would think about buying from Yahoo.

It will be a very expensive thing to do as you will be paying the auction price + postage and fees from the company you choose for your yahoo purchase and then international postage just to get it to you.
Once you have it you will then be up for the cost of restoring it as well.
 
The ones in that auction will require a new surround for your instrument panel, but they are don't seem to go for much, $10-$20 would have you one of those.
 
If you are looking for a cheap alternative to get you by, you can use a dash mat and fix it directly to the Car-Body/Dash .
