Note to self....
make sure the tap turns freely prior to putting the Ash new one on,
it might be a case of pulling the heater out, remving, cleaning and lube it up with a new O ring...

Mike - Do they normally seize up quickly or go slowly from your experince? - Has been working fine up until it snapped, but now quite stiff when i had to turn it off with pliers.... Will have a look over the weekend.
