Bumper Bolts.

I was taking my front bumper apart to refresh all the brackets and clean up the inside and found an easier way to remove the old bolts.

Just run a die over the exposed threads and soak everything with inox for a while to let it penetrate into the thread inside the nut..

The pic is of a die on a bolt inside my bumper.
I made a tool from a coat hanger to turn the die because the proper one will not fit inside the bracket and bumper, it just used the 3 holes in the die to turn it.

It makes sense once you think of it.
last time I just inoxed the bolts and started turning, I broke half the bolts i tried on the weekend.
All the bolts I removed after using the die were problem free, im sure there will always be some that don't work but this has got to increase your success rate.
