Cross flow head, Will it fit?

Does anyone know if a "Mini A-series head" would fit a "Datsun A-series Block"?
Im not after one of these, I don't have the money to build an engine.
Im just curious if it would fit.

there's been talk of these on 1200.com and i think there is a difference i just can't think of what it was
