I don't see why the dash pad wouldn't fit if you changed the speedo with it too. If you wanted to keep the odometers with the original cars then just swap the black plastic surround on your instrument panel, I can confirm these are compatable.

The Indicators are the same short spear. The tail lights appear the same. The cluster in the later one is more square. Will the earlier one fit in there? Might have to just take it out and try it They are both 2 doors. Good guess I'd just hate to strip...

dash's might of been different to, i think the earlier models had no crash pad or just a thin one and a different guage cluster too
