I cant speak for the column fitting of not.
but the idler arm on the opposite side can be swapped from a 1000 part to a 1200 one.
the bolt pattern differs from a 1000 but still bolts up as either pattern only uses 2 of the 3 avaliable bolt holes in  the car.
 
f you give it a try, I would be keen to hear the outcome for the steering column fitting or not.
