Does anyone know what the part is that is attached here:

And do you need it to swap the wheel onto a B10? Or will my current wheel have one? (dont have my car with me)
 
Any help appreciated. Might be looking at getting one...... IF i can deal with the price tag..... 

it's the plastic parts and contact,
looks like a 1200 wheel with the pins so far apart,
i found out a couple of days ago the boss on a 1200 is about 10mm longer so some parts are a little different,
