hi guys iv got a pair of 40 dcoe and a redline manifold for my a14 what im unsure of is do i need to block off the 3 water chambers for the old manifold or will the new one block them off enough so that water doesnt leak cheers chris

You'll need to block them off. You can use a sealant temporarily but best practice is to tap and install plugs.
