Body filler

Most body fillers have a ratio of 50:1 which means 50 parts filler to 1 part Catalyst.

A good way to get these ratios right is to imagine a match box full of filler and a match of catalyst. as most match boxes have 50 matches when full.

Fiberglass reinforced filler is best for filling small dents and regular body filler is best for pin holes or skiming over surfaces.

I have found that mixing smaller amounts of filler creates less waste and gives a longer working time for the same volume of filler, as large batches have you working against the clock.
