Removing tie rod ends
Here is a tip for removing tie rod ends,
- Remove split pin
- Undo nut (leave the nut on the end of the thread as a way of protecting it incase of a miss with the hammer)
- Give the side of the draglink a sharp hit with a hammer (not the tie rod end)
- Remove tie rod end (this may require a very light tap on the end of the nut, Anything harder will require a repeat of step 3)
