"From the part number it is a b10 part.     Even without a parts book an easy way to check is from digits 6,7,8 of the nissan part code. H01 means the part was originaly designed for a 1969 datsun B10.   This link explains how these numbers work...."

"I thought the B110 part was entirley different to that pic, I think the part in that pic is a B10 part.   Ask the seller for a part number and i'll look it up in my parts book to confirm if it is B10."
