finally found the info you guys might be interested in for the Pinnie front end
Please note heavier Renault 12 if you look up the DBA catalogue I think had
thinner solid discs and the car weighed more than a 1000.
So the pinnie rear discs should be more than adequate...

Oh yes its all in and done! I re drilled 3 of the 4 holes in the caliper braket, slid the disk over the hub bolted on the vs rear caliper, got brake hoses made up with a fitting for the commo caliper at one end and the 1000 brake lines at the other, used a 1200 duel resivour disk master cylinder, blocked off the rear line outlet on the firewall mounted splitter so it split the pressure to the front brakes only, made an extention line from the rear fitting on the master cylinder directly to the rear line and hey presto! been driving on it for a few weeks If you want pics or and more info give us a yell --
