KB10 ball joints

need at least 1 lower ball joint , and maybe 1 or 2 upper ball joints.

I'm guessing they dont make them any more , so , what can i use that fits , or am i restricted to only ball joints that are labled B10 or datsun 1000 (not sure what a cherry or sunny of those years run) year of manufacture 1969-1970
1000 ones are pretty rare, but do come up, I'm trying to get some in from overseas, but it's happening very slowly at the moment.. cheers. Mike
let me know if you have any luck

oh i just remembered my nephew's wife works for nippon Denso (car parts company based in japan)
here in Australia, so i reckon she " should " be able to maybe .. perhaps.. source some bits, ill have a chat tonight and see whats what. I'm fairly sure Denso is toyota parts based.

well that didnt work out , their stuff is for newer cars.

I did find the  http://www.essnsa.com  site , but cant e-mail them some unresolved issue .. so i may try and fax them tomorrow, they seem to have all the bits im after

. Also, there are basic tapers which are standardised. In imperial measurements they are Morse tapers. Not sure about metrics. But since the tapers are the same, only the mounting plates are different, so just find a cheapie with the correct taper then cut and re-drill the mounting plate to fit the Datto wishbones. Or re-drill the wishbones to fit the new plate pattern.

seems simple enough
Since Datsuns share so many other parts, it might very well be possible to find a close match. Problem is there is not much room to move in regards to drilling the arm out to fit another pattern, since it is a tight squeeze on the arm with the radius rods and the spring rest.
yeah it sounds ok in theory, but i'll just grab some of Mike's uppers and lowers when he gets them in , its gunna be way less of a headache lol
