Wind the nut back on from the outside of the car and tighten it back up.
On the inside face of the bolt there should be some flats cut into the end of the bolt.
use a shifting spaner on those flats and turn the bolt while turing the nut you just put back on both in the same direction as if they were one part.
So you should have a shifting spanner on the inside of the leaf and a spanner on the outside of the leaf.
if looking at them from the outside of the car turn them anticlockwise.
Hammering will not work as that bolt is threaded into the car.
