Up for grabs is a 1000 ute, no motor, box or diff, although a housing from a sedan minus center will be supplied. As you can see it is a bit rough but looks can be decieving. Old mate who had it before described it as a good project and he was right. It is a big old project. probably more suited to a rat project. But it is what it is. There are a couple of front seats to go in it but they are from possibly a 1200 sedan or ute. The rails do fit. It will be sold with the doors off the other ute as they are much better. The wiring harness has been cut drastically but I have another if the buyer wants to pull it from the other ute. I can supply a motor and gearbox iff need be. Car is located in Ferntree Gully, (at a mates place)

Not at this stage. Maybe some trivial stuff but I will be using the front of the frey ute to setup the CR14DE projecct I'm working on.

I left out the part where the seats are no longer in it and there are other seats to go in it. But I am not parting it out. I can possibly help out with the ashtray, there should be one in the other ute. When I get all the other bits together I'll put up what I won't need.

if you have a spare ash tray that you would be willing to sell that would be great thanks if not thats fine too

That was my other thought but a bit hesitant in expressing it, it will make one of the best EVs of all
light, simple and practical. I also hope we have the first EV 1000 in the world.
Any idea on the setup he is going for? keep us up to date or get him to join up would make some
awesome reading for us all.
