Should we have a system where members can call "dibs" for items listed within online auctions?
Or maybe express intrest in an item, e.g.
"I need this part to make my 1000 roadworthy, It is keeping me from finishing my project"
Something along those lines.
Then members can use it to determine weather a part can help a member instead of ending up in a spares stash somewhere.
Reasons For.
Reasons Against.
The main reason I see for trying something like this is to get parts to those who need them the most.
I am on the fence as to weather this is a good idea or not. I would like to hear what other members have to say.

Reasons For.
- Buyers have the potential to save some cash.
- We all buy more than we sell, so loosing out when selling is out weighed by savings made on purchases.
- Parts can go to members who need it the most, instead of going to those who have the most cash.
Reasons Against.
- Sellers get less, making 1000's less attractive to sellers, (may leed to more 1000's going to metal recyclers with usable parts not removed causing less parts avaliable in the future).
