Alternator wiring, External to internal reg conversion

Hey all, this is my virgin post, so please be gentle....
 
Ive got a 1000 estate im trying to convert over to Internal Reg, for the Alternator..
 
Has anyone performed this modification before ??
Im keen to know what wires i need to join together ( and what colour ??) for this mod ??
