Take your samples and get them from the wreckers, late cars have them under the carpet and firewalls and can be drilled for holes if needed much cheaper and less headaches matching them from someone online as there are many sizes.

Any chance they can hide the wiring at all? I did on my wagon looks much better to run the loom under the guard and boot realease cable also drilling some supports on the front rad support and using an extension bracket on the the realease lever to move the cable forward as its about 2 inches short when you do this.

will be hiding the wiring loom where we can,
bonnet relese tip sound good, will need to look at the bracket to get what ya mean exactly,
thanks
theres 4 x 30mm and 4 x 35mm holes to allow cables brake lines etc. so
if i can get those correct grommets with small hole in them
will make life easier...
i dont suppose anyone would know part numbers for some of these?
are the pics bushes of some sort rather than
the grommets im after?
Its easy to make the bracket just small rectangle with holes for the original mounting poits and some for the lever.

Also you dont need grommets at all, just get an underdash master cylinder put in from a van or modify a bmw one with external remote fillers that way the only grommets youll need are for accelerator cable and use 120y manual cable bracket on firewall to eliiminate ugly 1000 one the 120y one has 3 bolt up holes.

use internally regulated alternator to eliminate external regulator unit and extra wiring.

Better do it all now while they can. The only grommet holes youll need are for the heater and you can have those holes relocated further down too to make your firewall very smooth looking. Look at my pics of my engine bay.

I havent hidden the master cylinder under the dash yet with lines coming from underneath but its my next on the list
you can see what I did with the water gallery there was no rust under there and give more room

heater hose relocaton by cut and reversing heater water block Y pipes looks ten time better hiding that hose but maybe you dont need it in Thailand? do you have a heater?

If you have a rubber goods shop nearby (the equivalent to our Clark Rubber, for instance), they usually have a variety of different size and style grommets in store. I found some that matched there...for a fraction of the price.
thanks guys, clark rubber is a good idea!
so i went on ebay and got some standard wiring grommets
in a suitable size i have 8 holes for both wiring and break lines,
35mm & 30mm some should have been closed because i will be hiding some wiring
so some holes arnt needed,
got these ones,
