why does it need the auto bell housing? i'd be interested but i honestly couldn't be bothered having to modify the bellhousing to suit the manual stuff

The Auto Bellhousing is like a regular bellhousing and the motor end fits an A-Series engine, so it is a good starting point.
The manual Gearbox does not split where a regular bellhousing would split away from the Gearbox, instead it splits halfway along the gearbox.
