rear leaf flip, point me in the right direction.

Hey guys,

been tinkering away on the datsun and on today's agenda was the rear end, i have slapped in a pair of kyb gas adjust shocks and was hoping to lower and stiffen the leaves using a method i have read about on 1200.com.. only problem is i can't find the topic! the method advised to move and flip one spring and add a another to the pack.. I think D was the one who suggested it? I need the info ASAP as I'd like to spend my friday night getting the rear end sorted and in the car.

THANKS.
Does this help?

I love the D1200wiki...but for some reason I've always found it hard to find articles from the general search they have...Google gets you there quicker
awesome! thanks, man. i assume that's the same method used for the 1000. I'll give it a go tomorrow.
just be prepared for a horrible ride, very vague boat feeling with the occassional bottoming out.
Looks the goods though

i thought it would stiffen the rear aswell? i am after rigidity over looks, although my rear shocks are quite firm already.
