i went to an all datsun meet in red deer alberta. it was a pretty good show and the 1000 was a crowd pleaser as it was the only one and every one but 2 guys had never seen one before. 

i won a little award for rattiest ratsun as its half disasembled will post a few pics if i get some

ill have to get some pics off facebook. i didnt drive it i dollied it behind my pathfinder. drove it to the parking spot.

Looks good!. Its all very salvagable with some metal skills will make her shine.
eg. the guards are good to repair, you can strip them bare then get a mig welder
and learn as you go or go to a boiler maker to repair it in his time.
Its much better overall than I thought.

im working in stripping her down now i and fixing the rust on the body. 
i may make fiberglass fenders as im having some trouble with the fenders but we will see.
the grey doo-da pretty much describes them. there is 3 horns there and one below and one more under the battery. my guess small car that wanted to be heard.
