Dash pad

Just wondering did all b10 utes have provisions for the dash pad or was this optional. Also I have no petrol filler flap and no signs of ever having these

According to the Service Bulletin Vol. 99 - the MY69 update bulletin (refer to the downloads section), the '69 B20 received both a fuel filler lid and dashboard crash pad, among other improvements from the MY68. I'm guessing your ute is a 68 model if it has neither.
