Instead of having you heater hose running across your inner guard all the way around your exhaust, you can simply shorten this hose and run it under the exhaust manifold tucked away from site making your bay much cleaner looking and no rub marks on duco from hose moving around under vibration on your inner guards.
You simply follow these instructions below

[/url] cut off heater pipe so theres enough left to flip around and hose / clamp it up in reverse
about 3 inches is left from the cut, enough to clear any extractors or ex- manifolds
Finally assemble so heater hose runs under the inlet/exhaust manifold and tie clip it
at the back part of the engine on the breather hose on A12, 14 and 15 engines
Leaves less clutter in the bay
I also recommend and internally fanned and regulated alternator to clean up the wiring even further
and making your thouee even simpler to look at without ruining its stock retro feel
The alternator I used is a Nissan 55 amp one from a later Z24, just changed to v belt pulley and
rewired to eliminate the external regulator which sits on the same inner guard as the old heater hose.
Be careful not to switch the power and earth wire or you will cook the constant power wire.
Make a note of this as I made the error and had to replace this wire as it partically melted its insulation.
Otherwise very happy with the look and also installed an E series dizzie to simplify wiring on the other
side also and eliminate resistor and old style coil with a new transistor one which is not mounted like
Mathews vb10 (my old ride) on a custom bracket on the oil pump housing

During times of universal deceit, telling the truth becomes a revolutionary act, Big Brother is watching you - George Orwell 'Most Jews do not like to admit it, but our god is Lucifer -- so I wasn't lying -- and we are his chosen people. Lucifer is very much alive.'" Harold Rosenthal http://www.thetruthseeker.co.uk/?p=24688
