The only problem is the center exhaust ports are seperated on mine

thats an odd gasket, no stud holes in the inlets,
shouldnt make any difference if the exhausts are split, but that would also be odd for a gasket...

The impressions look like the gasket has had twin Hitachis fitted up, and looking at the size of the ports you've probably got a GX or A12T variant cylinder head.

Your gasket is a modified or homemade item. You can see the cut corners and for some reason it does not cover the inlet manifold studs.
