I looked at this last year, she was a lil peach! Sadly though, it became unlicensed due to the registered owner's unpaid fines and under WA law, it can only ever be re-registered by the fines being paid. Even if the car is sold and the new owner tries to take it over the pits, the DoT will not allow it to be re-licensed. I even offered him full asking price back then, provided the fines suspension is lifted, but the dickhead never got back to me.
