I apologise for the extensive delays we have had in filling your order, however circumstances beyond my control have prevented us from getting the necessary materials to make these.
 
Our 30 years+ suppliers of the radius bends which are crucial to making this product did, without notice, stop making these and refused to help us in any way with a last order to keep us in stock whilst we made alternative arrangements.
 
I have finally managed to get our dies and our frames back and we have now located another manufacturer who is prepared to try and make the product for us. At this stage we are at least a month away from having the radius bends abut as soon as we have received acceptable off tool samples I will run a production batch and get back in touch with you.
 
These quarter vents are an essential part of our range and we will definitely make them again as soon as we are able to get the radius bends on line.

Yeah, I'm giving up! Spectrum have gone out of business and the new mob who have taken over are just as shit with communication. Refunds all round so keep your eyes open for msg from me guys.

bugger. should we all call them asking if they make them, so they think they are popular and start pulling their finger out?

Calling wouldn't be bad. Best to google spectrum as they have the details of the new company there, although that's what I did and the lazy so and so can't call back either! For me it was like deja vu, new company but no call backs!

what do you think about nos windscreen and rear window seals that supports aluminium stripping? Would you have any luck in finding anything like that?

I could have told you that Spectrum and Rarespares are both of the same calibre. Their profiles are shit with most of their rubber either being a poor fit or being completely incorrect in profile and shape............... you may have actually dodged a bullet on this one.
 
I have had better results from Thailand seals than any of the Spectrum/Rarespares variants.

I have a brand new set of 720 quarter window rubbers. They do not fit KB10. Does any body want to come and have a look at them to see if they will fit sedan/ute/wagon?

Dave the links you sent me for the vb tail lights, would the codes for them be the same as originals or are they remakes? I cant read Japanese and havent worked out the translate thing... Haha Ta.
