The tyres on the rim are actually 185/75/14, and they hit the top controll arm, and at full lock they hit the radius rod in one direction and the back of the wheel well in the other.

Im running 175/60/R14 and have no issues with clearance. I can turn my wheels full lock in both directions and have no scrubbing on anything. I have no idea about what offsets my wheels have sorry. The 165/75/R14 that you have wil be around 50mm...

Got some Pintara 14" wheels, but I don't think they will fit under the guards. They are 165/75/14. What size tyres do you use for the disk break conversion?

There are 3 types of guard indicators. Round Short Long Some 1000 owners choose to have no indicators at all. I would think leaving the guards blank would leave you open to all possibilities.

There hasn't been much interest in it so far though. If a couple of poeple are interested in a pair of guards, that makes the moulds worth wile. Might do it any way for mine but might take a bit longer.
