I think it is a non-deluxe. But it's hard to say without a few more pics of the inside. It looks like you have the small chrome door handles (on the inside of the door) so this would make it a standard model. Either way the deluxe was nothing special...

I think RACV do a reasonable 3rd party option for older cars. You shouldnt pay more than 300 bucks otherwise you best drive around and be taken to court at worst with a weekly fee if youre at fault.

If you car is worth less than $5000 and you only want third party property insurance, shannons are good. I'm under 25 (but with good driving record) and they are very affordable and accept any modifications. As far as my experience goes very few companies...
