Might be abit tricky to find

Always liked the thought of a VG20/30 for my orange coupe
I had one of these sitting in a 1000 coupe...fits nicely. Plenty of power on methanol

thats my dream engine man, what a shame you couldnt get it registered with one
Scat 3.4L? you could get it engineered and registered in Adelaide at maddat sell it to
them temporarily then drive it back and register her in Melbourne.
You could do all the work yourself drive it up there carefully not to be pulled over then
drive it back without caring so much then

Could you detune it to run high octane or other juice mix?

The VG20 is a beauty always loved them, a little lighter than the vg30 due to shorter deck height but the same with the vq20 and vq23, the vq23 has the shortest strokes of all the later v6s around its only 69mm just 10mm shy of the old A10 engine's 59mm and the reason my brother in laws old Cefiro just re-chipped with headers and exhaust would rev to 9000rpm all day everyday.

It was 2.6 litre...out of my speedcar. My one was built by Rennsport in the US back in the day. Cut the block and heads in half. Put out 300hp and 400+ ft/lb of torque.
400lbs of torque....insane!
