I really love the attention to detail its like a showroom vehicle but much better
as the 2 pack and quality of the restoration is superior to mass production.
I love the 4 door 1000s they make an awesome cruiser and excuse the pun
but this baby in totally "Mint"  : )

This is the same type of colour I was discussing on datsun1200.com a little while back
I fell in love with mint/Moss green on an A30 Austin back in my P plater days 20+ yrs ago.

Thanks guys yeah must admit I do enjoy just looking at it, it spends all the time under a car cover but when I do take the cover off its always a nice surprise. yeah I think the more you work on, or see these cars they can really grow on you. Hopefully be driving it soon have to pull the alternator off again its not charging and need to bleed the brakes had a couple of leaks which we fixed but never got the chance to bleed and try again coz have just move to WA so yeah need to put the door seals on, make up some brakets for the front bumper bar side mounts.. yeah just little stuff but have had no time..
 
Couple of weeks ago it got shrink raped pritty much, when my mate Ryan (who did the awsome job of laying the paint on it) and I drove across Australia. Was a great experience...

Mate this thing looks spot on.. nice work..

looking lovely, the globes and any other mag wheels of that era
come up extra nice with white or redwalls carved on the sides.
