I ended up winning these at the starting price, So THANK YOU to anyone that didn't bid on these because of my interest in the indicator switch. I really apreciate it. I have a few old ones in the datsun stash, next time you are heading down my way...

Yes the offset for my wheels was measured in mm. The imaginary centreline of my rim would intersect inside the hub. I am not sure what size wheels are on that orange 1000, but it dosn't seem out of the question for them to be 14x6. A couple of...

These are 14x6 + 14 offset. They clear all the suspension from full lock right through to full lock in the opposite direction up front and also clear my guards. (Stock guards and not rolled on the lips). At full lock the inside of the wheel just rubs on...

I have 14x6 +14 and I think they are the perfect size/offset for my B10. Everyone will have their own take on what the right sizes are, but personaly I think 15's are too big for a 1000. A bigger rim means less tyre sidewall/volume to absorb bumps....

The Auto Bellhousing is like a regular bellhousing and the motor end fits an A-Series engine, so it is a good starting point. The manual Gearbox does not split where a regular bellhousing would split away from the Gearbox, instead it splits halfway along...

It might pay to ask David if he still has the emblem from a coupe he was wrecking. http://www.datsun1000.com/TopicView.asp?TopicID=570 He is a good guy to deal with, he takes the time to make sure you get what you wanted. Just give him a little time to...

B20 Chassis No. B20-014367 to B20-040000 (From Dec-1967 to Sep-1968) B20-040001 (From Oct-1968) B20-061001 (From July-69) So i would say it is a 1970 model because your chassis number is far higher than what's listed. For anyone else wondering the...

My favourite stripe/colour combo on a 1000 is this... Nothing is overdone, the colour is not too vibrant and the stripe is not too large. It has sensible wheels and a good ride height. It just looks right. I sit more on the purist side of the fence...
