It looks like an early grille which is specific to the B20 ute, Nissan part # 62303-15401 (up to sep-1968) If your chassis number is B20-040000 or smaller then that is the correct grille for your ute.

As far as im aware there are no aftermarket wiring harnesses avaliable for the 1000's. The easiest option that I know of is to use a generic wiring harness. Here is a link to one that I looked up on ebay at random....
