I was taking my front bumper apart to refresh all the brackets and clean up the inside and found an easier way to remove the old bolts. Just run a die over the exposed threads and soak everything with inox for a while to let it penetrate into the thread...
"

It's pretty much rhino lining. It is a urethane that is not so runny so I can make a 1 sided mould and paint it on.
