"I think you could be right. When we want to "Big Motor" our 1k's we generally go up in fractions of a liter.   Was an old land-speed-record car by Fiat. Think it got up to around the 200kmh mark as well, scary."

"Yes I think these cars might be fairly sensitive to having one or more bulbs not working correctly, so another strategy is I have to get everything wired up and all bulbs in place as per the manual, rather than just trouble shooting one corner of the car..."

"I also had e few issues with weird stuff happening. Found (after a lot of frustration) it was a bit of rust/corrosion in the bulb buckets. Cleaned them all out and I'll be stuffed everything went back to normal. It's just another thing to check if no luck."
