"I put a 120y box in about a year ago no probs... Like Dave said you just need the cable as well. I had to bash the tunnel a tad where the cable connects to dunno if there was another way around that but very minor."

"1200 box goes straight in no probs and double the synchro widths, a much better box just might need a later cable which is a good thing or even consider a 120y or sunny box from later A series which definitely have the better cable mechanism setup."

"Well it can be done, there was a 12a in wagon down here in the early 90's that went like a cut cat! At least with the impala you can carry the datto around in the boot Lol. Big job these days to engineer them for the street, it was bloody easy 20 years..."
