Chasing VB10 wagon seats front and rear. Or if you can point me to someone who can help, I'm more than happy to pay a bit of a finders fee. Any condition will do as I want to re-trim anyway. Cheers, Ben

Hey guys My A12 has decided it doesn't want to be an engine anymore. I'm looking to get it rebuild but the head and bottom end are VERY sad. If anyone has a running A12 lying around they would like to sell please let me know! Thanks Lukas

That's what I thought until I checked them against my 1200GX pushrods and they are about 10-15mm longer, unless gx pushrods are shorter than std A12.

That looks about normal, probably using the shorter A12 rods looking at the adjustment. Good move. Nice motor, good A-series engine builders are few and far between.

Thanks guys. Not sure if you can see but there's not a lot of adjustment left but in saying that I don't know the full specs but I will check with the engine builder and get back to you.

Looks brilliant, so what capacity is the engine now? Regarding the pushrods, if they're the A14 ones how much adjustment on the tappets do you have left? I thought the longer pushrods were too long for the shorter blocks.

Hi everyone. Got my motor back from freshen up, very excited now I can finally finish stuff off. A12 block with A14 crank, rods and pushrods with a reasonably warm cam but unsure of the specs. I will be running a single 45mm weber and a set of genie...

Yep just bored to 77.5 for safety as A series bores are getting a fair bit of corrosion these days. If I do an A16 twin cam, full sleeves are going in for double the price of just bigger bore job. Mine will have 83mm sleeves for NA ca18de shaved pistons...

Hello all. I have just had a freshen up of my A12, new pistons, rings, crank linished etc. etc. Now the question is this, it already had an A14 crank, rods and pushrods in it so now I am not sure what tension I need to use for the head as the A12 is 46 nm...

Ok sweet thanks Dave. Ofcourse after realistic measurements, yes the bellhousing on whatever gearbox you put with an sr16 will scrape the floor. And i'm not touching the bonnet. I have done a little research in an a16 but how did you go about it? Just...
