It will create some white areas sticking out between the red and the chrome still. The windscreen area will look the worst with 2 white posts stickin out. I spent the time to on photoshop to show the best method running along the top of the door frames...

Great colours! but be careful If you leave the 2 front windscreen supports white youll have a prominet windscreen with white surround. Go all the way with the red on the frames and front screen supports or you will have some weird white sticking out...

just check the dimensions of the toyota knuckle against the 1000, i assume it will be a bit bigger and that could throw your geometry out. also where the tie-rods hook up for the steering you need to check that as well wether its front or back
