I have not done the spring saddle. Maybe oneday... I have done eye and shackle bushes in Nolathane These made a noticable difference to how the car drives. On another Note... Andrewzuku helped out and designed an emblem for me. I am having it 3D...

You can get Urethane spring saddles from the Japans.. and urethane shackle bushes and eye bushes, this helps out heaps in the back end, as there is no "panhard rod" it is good to settle the sideways movement on the spring pack a bit

This afternoon i removed my "deluxe" emblem from my boot lid and replaced it with a "sports" emblem that i had lying about in my stash. I definitely prefer this emblem combo over what i had.

Yep just cheapest white vinegar you can find, no brand or equivalent I use it straight on small things or 10/3 ratio water/vinegar overnight for axles or longer old jap swods or machetes here in Okinawa just dip anything rusty in it, put in a tupperware...

I have no idea if this is right or wrong, but if it was mine i would be removing the surface rust before assembly. Think id try to get it rust free with the least ammount of scratches as i could. Not sure about what is the best method sorry.
