newbie to datsun1000 , '67 deluxe A15 turbo 5 speed sleeper., Hi all

This is my '67 b10 deluxe, the old girl is fitted with a A15 draw thru setup, with a celica 5 speed, she runs about 25 psi on 50/50 E85 and standard fuel.
she pushed out 105 rwkw at 17 psi on standard fuel on the dyno a few years ago ( would have run full boost, 30 psi but she kept spinning the bags on full boost).

So I have many datsuns but this beast is my daily (the ceramic button clutch is a bit annoying at times, especially when parking at the supermarket)

I'm trying to fit 14 inch steel rims on her (so I can fit bigger rotors and a set of 240z wheel caps)

I'm running 180B rims on the front at the moment and unknown fwd offset rims on the rear.

I need to get another inch or so inboard on the rear ( as the 175/13 don't stand a chance when it comes on boost)

I'm planning on keeping the tyres contained within the standard body lines.

Any how, I have had this setup running on a standard vanette A15 for about 10 years now. She loves big boost and not revving the piss out of it.

I'm keen to hear from anyone else who has any ideas on tyres and budget fuel injection set ups.

Cheers,

And always,

G O  T H E  D A T.
Ta for posting such a beaut ride, really love how you made it as simple as possible but
theres a budget fuel injection turbo setup now on 1200.com using a microsquirt ecu

Thanks for the info datbro, I've looked in to the megasquirt option but it seems a little too much, I have not heard of micro squirt?

I sort of love the way I know how everything works and can fix it on the side of the road ( points distributor)

I have made a inlet manifold with 4.0 falcon injectors with a extra ports for extra injectors on boost.
Yep I would keep it that way no fancy ecu etc but just in case the microsquirt is supposedly cheap and capable however I would prefer the software for burning honda or GM ecus, that way you just get your ecu at the wreckers and re-tune it with the software and use GM coils for distributorless ignition.
Are you using the falcon complete TBI with a weber adaptor or just your mani with another throttle body and the ford injectors which are the big old Bosch units? I heard there is a way to replace the ford injectors on the TBI for later smaller bosch units from euro cars. They are more like the post 98 jap ones on Toyota, suzuki or subaru ones which are nice little units better for efficiency as the spray and high speed vibration pulses mixes fuel to air even better.

After you went to the Celica box do you still have the bellhousing and clutch kit for the 4 speed escort box?
