Well I'll be in the Adelaide hills this Saturday dropping off a car and picking up an engine. If you would like me to drop by the address to see how things are going I can do so? Don't mind at all. Chris

And use the online help thing to find his contact number, I'm pretty sure you need to use the advanced search function, it is possible to find out anyone number actually, if you try hard enough.

Dude, I wish you had said something that was me at $150.00 and I promise you I wouldn't have gone for it had I known you were after it. He wouldn't email me pics of the damaged corner though so I was bit annoyed with that. Sorry for forcing you eat...

Ahh did you get that grill? He's an Adelaide lad. If you need help from this end just say so. I do not know him personally. Why don't you give him a call? Chris

You'd need to modify the gearbox mount to extend the bolt hole placements that fix to the tunnel.

Sure, otherwise you can just use the 1200 H145 Steel Housing centre in your rear axle. Another option is to upgrade to a H150 centre, these fit into the housing with some very minor modifications and they have a higher torque rating so they will take a...

The A14 should be good, although you may want to start thinking about upgrading your brakes as well, seeing as you'll be putting something in with a fair bit more power. You would laso need to consider upgrading the rear axle assembly as it isn't rated...

The dash cluster, the heater, the grill, the indicators all say it's a genuine 67 or even 66? If you really wanted to confirm have a look at the striker plate for the door close mechanism and you'll see it's a toothed version (early). I think these are...

That would be one of the very first to arrive here, early model. It is the rare 3spd manual, I've seen about 4 others (inlcuding my own). Nice little project but if you can see that much rust then there may be a fair bit more.

It's a long shot, but does anyone have a rear seat top half in okay condition? Mine is all cracked, split and due for a re-trim. If you have the dark red colour that would be great. Chris

Yeah trans is different but you should be able to connect the A12 to the existing gearbox. I think there may be an issue with the input shaft been slightly too long but I can't be certain. If it were too long it may just require the input shaft to be cut...
