There hasn't been much interest in it so far though. If a couple of poeple are interested in a pair of guards, that makes the moulds worth wile. Might do it any way for mine but might take a bit longer.

I think 4mm thick is plenty, the reason I think sliding windows are better is the ease of fitment and also no need for noisey old rubbers or replacements. It will also make the car cleaner looking if using stainless runners and no need for things that...

Im not sure about Mitsubishi, I can confirm early Toyota matching Datsun. Some Toyota had 5 stud and the PCD was 5x114.3mm Datsun and 4 stud Toyota have a PCD of 4x114.3mm
