This is actually mine, My friend made the manifold for me, Its a stock a12 that when i got had "vegimite" as oil. Was running 7psi and wanst giving any issues until i drove it to laverton for a family do and it didnt like the long trip. Cracked...

The best way is get some 1.2mm thick rectangular tubing, cut the sills off completely clean it all up inside there will be rust in there for sure and then treat it all inside, paint, urethane it etc. plate square tubing of similar size weld it up well...

The work isn't all that hard to do. If you left out drying times for paint, it dosn't take very long to do. If you already have one there it would probably be worth fixing up instead. Postage costs will make this an expensive way to end up with a...

if you want to do it cheap just get a couple of 12v hair dryers and hook them up to a switch, it's legal and can be hidden up under the dash. it's probably what im gonna do, save weight
