That's the heater switch, at least it is on my '68 (and Dad's '70 that I grew up in). Perhaps a different switch configuration between LHD and RHD?

I think that giant washer button is the actualy the pump. The guy listing the ad says it is a 1967 model. The pump makes sense, they were only used untill Sep-1967. Nissan changed to the combined Washer-Bag & Pump in Oct-1967.
